Blair oversees WILDCOAST’s programs managing coastal ecosystems and parks in the San Diego-Tijuana Border Region including the Tijuana River Estuary, Otay Valley Regional Park, and South San Diego Bay Wildlife Refuge. In his work, he liaises with governmental agencies and other NGOs to build capacity and connect communities to the natural resources around them. He also tracks policy developments on the federal, state, and local level as they relate to the protection and conservation of coastal and marine ecosystems in South San Diego County.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and International Relations from Pomona College and previously worked for the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Conservation and Water on international wildlife trafficking issues.
