Francisco Martínez Vázquez

Francisco holds a Master's degree in Dry Lands Ecosystem Management from the Autonomous University of Baja California and has 15 years of experience in conservation, having worked in the government, non-profit organizations, and the private sector.

His experience in the management and conservation of wildlife includes flora and fauna catalogues, management plans for wildlife, and environmental impact statements. He has participated in various scientific forums and has organized and taught several courses and workshops on environmental education in many cities, towns, and rural communities throughout Mexico - from the jungles of Campeche to the islands off the Pacific Coast of the Baja California Peninsula.  In recent years, he has explored many of the ecosystems in the Baja California Peninsula and the Gulf of California, including its islands.
